Patrick has been a fixture in the whitewater scene for the last decade.  Past Big Gun Show Winner and Freestyle kayaker of the Year, Camblin remains one of kayaking's highest profile figures with frequent magazine and film appearances.  As the owner of Tribe, Patrick has turned his attention to the promotion of kayaking, starting the highly esteemed Rider of the Year Awards in 2009, and more recently forming an alliance of the sport’s top boaters into an organization with a mandate to promote and improve the direction of competitive kayaking (AWP World Series).  His latest project is the Whitewater Grand Prix, broadening the scope of standard competitions and taking the best all-around kayakers to compete in a multi-disciplined whitewater event on some of the world’s greatest stretches of whitewater.
